Registration Process

Early Bird registration is open!

  • Early bird registration: 15 March 2019 – 30 April 2019

  • Standard registration: 1 – 26 May 2019

Information about registration rates, payment processing and refund policy is available below. 

Please note that only French residents can pay by bank tranfer. If you live in another country, a credit card will be required. If you have an American Express Card, you must use another credit card. American Express can’t be used.

Workshops + Conference (2 – 4 June)

  •  Daily coffee breaks and lunches                           Standard rate 1 – 26 May                        220, 00€

 

Workshops Only (2 June)

Includes: 

  •   Workshops and Welcome Reception
  •    Coffee breaks and lunch                                    No registration fee

 

Conference Only (3 – 4 June)

Includes:   

  • Conference                                                             Early Bird rate15 March – 30 April         150,00€

Daily coffee breaks and lunches                                         Standard rate 1 – 26 May                     220,00€

 

Conference Dinner (3 June)

Includes: a gourmet dinner in a French restaurant                                                                                                                                    90,00€

 

 

PAYMENT PROCESSING

  • Payment processing will be available by filling out a form on Azur Colloque.

  • If you live outside of France, you must use a credit card (only French residents can pay by bank tranfer).

  • Please note that American Express Cards don’t work on Azur Colloque.

  • Please note that accepted ELPUB conference authors who have made a submission must register and pay registration fee.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations must be received prior to 26 May, 2019.

  • Cancellations received after the deadline will not be refunded. However transfer of a registration to another person is permitted by emailing us at elpub2019@openedition.org.

  • In the event that a visa application is refused (even after the 26 May deadline), we will refund the registration fee.
